Business Policy
For Rabbit Rewards Subscription Program

1. Rabbit Rewards Subscription Program

“Rabbit Rewards Subscription Program” (the “Subscription Program”) is Rabbit Rewards Company Limited (the “Company”)’s membership program designed to allow the Company’s Member (the “Member”) under the Company’s general Terms and Conditions of Rabbit Rewards Program and Terms and Conditions for each Package, product, and/or coupon under the Subscription Program. To purchase the Package, Member must have Rabbit Rewards’ Account and log in to the account every time before purchasing Package.


Under the Company’s Subscription Program, Member can enjoy a bundle of benefits offered the Company and our partners by means of engaging with Member’s activities in travelling with BTS SkyTrain. The benefits shall be based on offered recurring Package, e.g., 30 days, 1 month, 3 months, etc. The selected Package by Member have to be attended the payment completely so as to be rendering the services offered by such Package. Currently, Package under the Subscription Program is available at Rabbit Rewards’ Application only.

2. Rabbit Rewards Subscription Packages

Rabbit Rewards Subscription Package ("Package”) offers various types of benefits. The details of which can be found in terms and conditions for each Package. All Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Rabbit Rewards Points earning from purchasing the Package and enjoying travelling with BTS SkyTrain under the Package can neither be transferred nor exchanged. The Package cannot be used with other promotions in addition to the promotions the Company determined obviously.


In case of recurring Package, the Package shall be automatically renewed every cycle of billing, unless such Package is revoked prior to the next auto-renewal. Means for payment shall be proceeded automatically using the same method and channel as per the method and channel Member used to registered, unless Member informs any changes in otherwise within appropriate time to the Company. The Company reserves the right to not submit any messages for reminding Member in collection of fees for the next cycle of billing for any kind of recurring Package.


Member are able to cancel the recurring Package at any time before the next cycle of billing. The cancellation shall be effective on the next cycle of billing.


The Company reserves the right, at any time, to amend, alter, and/or revoke this business policy and the terms and conditions for each Package, product, and/or coupon without necessity to inform and/or receive consent from Member in advance.


The Company reserves the right to not perform the services under the Package, product, and coupon if Member do not comply with the Company’s general Terms and Conditions of Rabbit Rewards Program and Terms and Conditions for each of Package, product, and/or coupon.

3. Payment

Member shall be liable and responsible for an accuracy of his/her payment information and relevant details. In case of the Package, product, or coupon offered to Member by other merchants, not the Company, Member acknowledge that the Company shall collect payment from Member on behalf of such merchants.


Methods for payment


- Credit Card: This method is available for all types of credit card but is constraint for Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.


- Debit Card: This method is available for Thai Visa, MasterCard, and JCB but is constraint to any limitation of online transaction Member engaged with the banks.

- Mobile Banking: This method is available for online transaction via designated Banks’ application, e.g. Kasikorn Bank’s Application, Siam Commercial Bank’s Application, Bank of Ayutthaya’s Application, Bangkok Bank’s Application, etc.

- Pay With Rabbit Points: This method is applicable for Member who have sufficient Rabbit Points in Member’s Rabbit Rewards Account for full value of goods and/or services only.

4. Delivery

The Package purchased by Member shall be delivered to Member’s Rabbit Rewards’ account.

5. Refund

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

a) Purchased Package has never been used; and


b) Rabbit Rewards Points earning from the purchased Packages have never been used; and


c) Member contact the Company’s customer service center by sending the request for refund along with completed list of required documents and information, according to the details specified in 5.2 below, for verification of Member and details of purchase via email: support@rabbit.co.th, within seven (7) days as from the date the Member purchase the Package.

If Member have spent the Package or Rabbit Rewards Points earning from the purchased Package, Member are not eligible for the refund.

5.2 Required Documents and Information

  • Copy of signed ID card (Please note that the Company won’t collect Member’s sensitive data, so please mask such data before submitting the document/information to the Company.)

  • Member’s screenshot of his/her Rabbit Rewards’ account

  • Member’s username for Rabbit Rewards’ account

  • Copy of signed e-receipt or tax invoice Member received when purchased the Package from the Company.
  • Copy of signed Member’s passbook (the first page appeared details of Member and bank account.)

The Company shall take Member’s request for refund into account and proceed with the refund within 15 (fifteen) days.


Remark:

  • For credit card, the refund shall be reverted to Member’s Rabbit Rewards Account within around 30 – 60 days. Please be noted that the period for the refund is dependent on the process of each bank.
  • For debit card, the refund shall be reverted to Member’s Rabbit Rewards Account within around 45 – 60 days. Please be noted that the period for the refund is dependent on the process of each bank.
  • For mobile banking, the refund shall be reverted to Member’s Rabbit Rewards Account within around 15 days.
  • For Pay With Rabbit Points, the refund shall be reverted to Member’s Rabbit Rewards Account within around 15 days.

The Company reserves the right to refund only if Member strictly comply to the above required processes: 5.1 & 5.2.


The discretion to refund is the Company’s sole consideration. Member acknowledge and agree that the Company’s decision is final, conclusive and legally binding. Member agree to not bring any suits, complaints, or any kind of claims against the Company and its affiliates in relation to such decision.
